This is a green tea is from Jingxian county, Anhui province; Huo Qing Tea was first produced in an Village named Yong Xi in Anhui province so it was commonly called Yong Xi Huo Qing in China.

Tea Ceremony

Using glass-based or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Use about 2 grams of tea leaves (1 teaspoon) for every 400 ml of water.
